改性注入剂对改善特低渗储层渗流能力的实验研究及应用

Abstract:

?在对砂质砾岩、细粉砂岩这2种不同岩性的典型特低渗储层共计28块岩心样品进行室内常规驱替实验、对比实验和铸体薄片浸泡实验的基础上,评价or和da这2种不同类型的改性注入剂对各岩样驱替相渗透率和驱油效率的改善情况,分析其改善渗流能力的机理,再对2类改性注入剂的注入浓度进行优选,最后进行现场试验。研究表明,改性注入剂or在细粉砂岩类特低渗储层中适用性较好,改性注入剂da在砂质砾岩类特低渗储层中适用性较好,2类改性注入剂均能不同程度的提高驱替相渗透率和驱油效率,并不同程度的降低油水界面张力。浸泡实验表明2类改性注入剂均能使样品孔隙内的填隙物发生溶蚀,改性注入剂da和or最合理的注入浓度分别为3000mg/l和2000mg/l。最后进行的现场试验表明改性注入剂能使单井注水压力平均下降2.76mpa,日注水量平均增加4.15m3,吸水状况也能得到改善,室内实验和现场应用都取得较好效果。
