Abstract:

研究了米糠油在KOH为催化剂的作用下通过甲酯化反应制备生物柴油的工艺。考察了醇油摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间对转化率的影响,采用气相色谱测定了反应体系中脂肪酸甲酯的转化率。应用正交实验确定了米糠油酯交换的最佳反应条件为:醇油摩尔比6、催化剂质量分数0.9%、反应温度50℃、反应时间45min。通过实验对其燃料性能进行研究,将各项燃料性能和美国ATSM或德国DIN标准进行比较,均达到相关标准。测定了燃用生物柴油的柴油机输出功率、油耗及其排放性能,并与0号柴油进行了比较,其燃料性能和0号柴油相当,并可显著降低CO、HC排放量,而NOx排放量略有升高。
