不同硒源对仔猪组织硒沉积和抗氧化能力的影响

Abstract:

将32头体重15kg左右的三元杂交(杜×长×大)断奶仔猪均分成4组,对照组日粮中不添加硒,3个补硒组分别添加富硒益生菌、富硒酵母、亚硒酸钠,其剂量以硒计,均为0.3mg.kg-1。试验期为60d。结果表明(1)试验结束时,3个补硒组的肌肉、肾、肝中硒含量均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),其中富硒益生菌组和富硒酵母组极显著高于亚硒酸钠组;(2)在30和60d时,3个补硒组血液中GSH-Px活性、SOD酶活性、全血硒含量均显著或极显著高于对照组,血清中MDA含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);(3)富硒益生菌能显著提高仔猪的生长性能。
