Abstract:

对等静压瓷套生产过程中炸裂缺陷进行了分析,同时与其他显性缺陷进行关联性对比,指出了引起等静压瓷套炸裂缺陷的原因为粉料水分、内应力、坯料性能,通过喷雾水分的控制、烧成工艺的优化以及原料配方的调整,解决了该缺陷。
