多工位同时加工的整体阴极及电解加工装置设计

Abstract:

?为解决多工位复杂形状型槽的难成型问题,设计了一套能够实现多工位同时加工的整体阴极和电解加工(ECM)装置,通过试验优化结构参数;阴极工作型面的设计基于Laplace方程的反问题,从cosθ法求得的阴极雏形出发,通过ANSYS8.0对间隙电场分布进行有限元计算,与实际工件的边界比较,修改阴极边界,进行下一轮迭代计算。通过工艺试验,采用符合数值模拟结果的阴极加工,检测工件的尺寸和形状,结果符合图纸要求。为解决多工位复杂形状型槽的难成型问题,设计了一套能够实现多工位同时加工的整体阴极和电解加工(ECM)装置,通过试验优化结构参数;阴极工作型面的设计基于Laplace方程的反问题,从cosθ法求得的阴极雏形出发,通过ANSYS8.0对间隙电场分布进行有限元计算,与实际工件的边界比较,修改阴极边界,进行下一轮迭代计算。通过工艺试验,采用符合数值模拟结果的阴极加工,检测工件的尺寸和形状,结果符合图纸要求。
