旧水泥混凝土路面共振碎石化效果研究

Abstract:

?为了解共振碎石化路面的碎石化效果,获得设计依据和参数,以上海沪青平公路及金山大道为依托,通过现场取样进行室内筛分分析,得到碎石化层颗粒尺寸、分布及级配情况;通过现场落锤式弯沉仪(FWD)测试和承载板测试计算出碎石化前后结构层回弹模量,进而评价碎石化法对旧路地基的影响并得到碎石化层的力学性能;根据试验路所在地区的公路FWD与贝克曼梁弯沉转换关系,将FWD实测弯沉换算为贝克曼梁弯沉后与设计弯沉相比较,并据此提出了旧水泥混凝土路面碎石化后的部分验收标准。研究结果表明:碎石化路面设计弯沉应按柔性基层设计。研究结果及提出的相关验收标准可为今后碎石化道路施工及设计提供参考。
