Abstract:

在分析城市交通与土地混合利用互动规划必要性的基础上,利用土地混合度与路网饱和度度量了城市土地混合利用水平与交通运行水平,建立了它们之间的函数关系。通过对函数关系的分析,建立了通过分区-指标评价-改善土地混合度-整体交通需求模式转型的城市交通与土地混合利用互动规划方法,并对济南的20个小区进行了实例分析。研究结果表明土地混合度的提高有助于提高交通就地吸纳率,缓解路网的交通压力;在进行城市规划时,将不同小区按照土地混合度进行阶段划分,按照小区所处的阶段进行相应的土地混合利用规划,可以有效地提高交通系统效率。
