Abstract:

在借鉴我国众多城市轨道线网综合评价指标的基础上,从运营效果、网络结构、社会效益、战略发展和可实施性5个方面建立了轨道交通线网综合评价指标体系.以备选方案为论域集,以各方案指标属性值构建了线网方案评价初始决策矩阵,采用[0,1]线性变换将其进行归一化处理,形成了标准化决策矩阵.充分考虑专家经验、决策者偏好以及数据本身蕴含的信息,采用AHP法与熵权法确定了指标的综合权重,构建了加权标准化决策矩阵.运用运筹学中的TOPSIS法确定了线网正负理想方案,通过计算各方案与正负理想方案的贴近度对比了线网方案的优劣.运用该方法对西安轨道交通线网4个预选规划方案进行了评价,推出了最优方案.结果表明该方法计算简单,决策科学,具有较好的应用前景.
