Abstract:

本文研究了蚊子草的化学成分,采用溶剂提取法从蚊子草中提取出有效成分,利用红外光谱法、核磁共振法以及质谱法进行分析,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定有效成分结构。首次从该属植物中分离得到蒽醌,证明了蚊子草中含有蒽醌。
We studied the chemical constituents of Filipendula, extracted the active ingredient from Filipendula by the way of solvent extraction. The components were identified and analyzed by using infrared spectroscopy, nuclear mag-netic resonance spectroscopy and mass spectrometry, and the structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data. Filipendula contains anthraquinone, the structure of the anthraquinone has been verified, and anthraquinone are obtained from Filipendula genus for the first time.
