This article analyses the quality certification,standardization, market and technical barriers to traderelations problems. Certification system and qualitymanagement tools development in Lithuania andinternational context are also analysed. It gives a study ofthe processes in place designed to normalise internationalstandards, technical regulations and rules in the light ofcurrent global economic conditions. The models of Market,standardization and certification relations, Standardizationspace and typology and National quality certificationsystem are presented in the article. The resultantgeneralisations and suggestions have been made based onthe author‘s research of Lithuanian enterprises.
