Abstract:

In this experiment we investigated the genetic diversity of Carassius gibelio Bloch, individuals, from Tautesti Lake (Iasi County), by analysing the sequence of cytochrome b. The study of cytochrome b first part gene coding region has permitted the identification of two new haplotypes.
