Capitalization of the Middle Mountains’ Touristic Offer. Case Study: Vl deasa Massif. The authors make a study upon one of the most specific mountainous massifs of Apuseni Mountains – the Vl deasa Massif, with the purpose of its touristic capitalization. In order to do that, there are analysed the impact and the promoting factors related to the natural touristic potential of the relief, the climate, waters and the biogeographical layer with a peculiar value, at which the component of anthropic touristic patrimony is to be added, with a special view upon the rural traditional civilization and culture, with many elements of originality. Their value is emphasized by a communication potential marked by the proximity route of E60 road thoroughfare and by those three roads with a perpendicular penetration on E60. The touristic infrastructure of accommodation, that is rather sketchy and is placed predominantly on the out-skirts, can be made up in a base for a complex arrangement of the massif, stimulating the practicing of types and forms of tourism, which would generate an intense touristic circulation, in which its character of seasonality would lead towards continuous touristic flows.
