left ventricular pseudoaneurysm is an uncommon clinical entity mainly from a acute myocardial infarction (ama), this a severe complication and potentially mortal. however, in exceptional cases, rupture is content by an organized hematoma, pericardium and fibrous tissue. the early diagnosis is essential owing to high probability of a spontaneous rupture; echocardiography is the standard diagnosis for this entity. here is the case of a large pseudoaneurysm diagnosed in a patient with recent infarction.
