%X internet is a mode that makes possible the creation of new technologies, among them, tele-work. the objective of this research was to evaluate tele-work and the legal impact it creates in the state of zulia. the research was descriptive, with a field design, and non- experimental. labour activities and labour relation characteristics were determined, as well as the activities and the characteristics of labour relations, and situations of labour usage in venezuela. the conclusion is that there are many job relationships derived from tele-work in zulia which are oriented towards subordinate work relations outlined in the organic labour law, which is the legal framework to be used as a reference, but the law does not consider the situations derived from tele-work labour. in order to solve this conflict, a legal document was developed taking into consideration the needs of the workers in this field, suggesting a proposal to be studied and added to venezuelan work regulations, and to be considered by employers of tele-workers, which could help in the future in the efficient development of this labour area.
