Nevertheless, they often encounter challenges in adjusting to the pedagogical and scholarly practices due to variances in operational norms between domestic and international universities. This research, grounded in field theory, explores the teaching, scholarly, and administrative dimensions within universities. It includes an empirical investigation through interviews with 16 young returnee educators in the humanities and social sciences across six universities in Zhejiang Province.
