This article constructs a conceptual model of the impact of digital transformation on the technological innovation capability of manufacturing enterprises. Data was collected through a questionnaire survey; SPSS and AMOS software are used for data analysis and hypothesis testing. The research results indicate that digital strategic transformation, digital organizational transformation, digital business process transformation, and digital technology application transformation have significant promoting effects on the technological innovation capability of manufacturing enterprises. Exploratory learning can positively regulate the relationship between digital transformation and technological innovation capability of manufacturing enterprises.
