%X Currently, the teaching of collage English listening generally adopts a combination of classroom teaching and online autonomic learning. Due to various factors, the effectiveness often fails to meet expectations. This study takes the ¡°Teacher Student Collaborative Assessment¡± (TSCA) model as the blueprint and constructs an autonomic learning plan based on teacher-student negotiation and cooperation. Through a series of measures such as collaborative learning plans, regular spot checks and feedback systems and quantitative evaluation, teachers¡¯ participation will be improved, students¡¯ learning initiative will be stimulated, the effectiveness of autonomic learning will be enhanced and English listening proficiency will be effectively promoted.
