This article describes the first Moroccan cases of severe acute hepatitis admitted for cholestasis jaundice. The biological assessment revealed significantly hepatic cytolysis for our three cases. The viral hepatic serology was negative and the autoimmunity assessment was unremarkable. The cause of this inflammation of the liver is not yet known.
