Through a thorough review of the literature, we explore the concept of development and its relationship with technology, as well as the ethical and social concerns associated with technological innovation in development contexts. We draw on a range of sources, including scholarly articles, reports, and case studies, to analyze the potential of technology to promote economic, social, and environmental progress in developing countries. We also examine ethical frameworks and principles for evaluating technological innovation in development, including the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the principle of technology justice. Our findings suggest that while technology has great potential to promote development, its implementation must be guided by ethical considerations and a commitment to social justice. We conclude by highlighting the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration and participatory approaches in the development and implementation of technological solutions for development. %K Technology %K Development %K Ethics %K Innovation %K Social Implications %U http://www.oalib.com/paper/6789538
