In this study, the Cronbach¡¯s alpha of NFQ was 0.84 and the PMS was 0.78. The data were analyzed by using of two sample t-test, ANOVA and correlation. Results: The total mean score of fatigue was 2.29 (SD = 0.722) in 7 point rating scale, indicated lower than average fatigue level and the total mean score of job performance was 6.26 (SD = 0.618) in 7 point rating scale, indicated higher than average job performance. The Pearson Product correlation found that nurses job performance were negatively correlated with their level of fatigue (r = -0.303, p = 0.001).
