%X Moral education as the teaching center has become the foundation of China¡¯s higher education. The purpose of ideological and political construction in colleges and universities is to help college students establish a correct outlook on the world, life and values. In this paper, we take the course ¡°Fundamentals of Power System Engineering¡± as the specific object. Some concrete teaching designs under ideological and political concepts are displayed in order to imperceptivity guide students to set up a correct outlook on the world, life and values. We take professional course knowledge as the breakthrough point so that students can accept ideological and political content more naturally.
