%X The mechanism of ethnic communication refers to the inherent regularity of ethnic communication and the internal and external social and environmental factors needed. In a social environment such as multi-ethnic universities, the establishment of a mechanism of ethnic communication according to the law needs three bases: first, the promotion of communication needs to be guided conveniently, and the resources are fine and silent. The second is to realize that ethnic exchanges are cultural exchanges between individual ethnic groups, without the need to deliberately emphasize national identity. Finally, it is necessary to create an external social environment that promotes the social mobility of individuals.
