The outbreak of COVID 19 pandemic in 2020 has exerted profound impacts on their decisions of overseas study. Taking a double first-class university in Shanghai as an example, this study explored the decision-making of Chinese undergraduate students who intend to study abroad and the contributing factors that affect their decision-making from the perspective of the push-pull theory.
