	<span style="line-height:1.5;">Ambitious graduating secondary school students who belong to the marginalized sectors of the society apply to become scholars. The study focused on discovering the lifestyles, experiences, challenges and aspirations of the economically deprived and marginalized scholars who enrolled at Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology System for A.Y. 2014-2015. Ten respondents who met the criteria were cho</span><span style="line-height:1.5;">sen. Qualitative research through a case study approach was utilized using purposive sampling. Ten were selected among 100 recommended samples that were considered as they passed the criteria. Prior consent was established from the samples. It was conducted in the province of Nueva Ecija and presently studying at Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology, Cabanatuan City, Philippines. Frequency counts, percentage and weighted mean were utilized. Questionnaires, interviews, observations and focus group discussions were the instruments. Findings showed that the samples possessed individual differences on their lifestyles, experiences, challenges and aspirations.</span>
