%X In this paper we investigate the new subclass of starlike functions in the unit disk <em>U</em>={<em>z</em>¡Ê¡õ:|<em>z</em>|£¼1}&nbsp;via the generalized salagean differential operator. Basic proper-ties of this new subclass are also discussed.
