The study adopted the survey research design. The total enumeration technique was used to survey the 500 librarians from the 37 federal and state universities libraries in Southern Nigeria. Descriptive statistics was used to analyze the data collected. The findings revealed that there was a positive relationship between ergonomics (spatial comfort and environmental workplace factors) and job satisfaction. It was recommended that ergonomic measures be introduced and implemented in the design of spatial comfort and environmental workplace factors in the libraries for a greater job satisfaction of the library workforce in Nigerian University libraries. %K Ergonomics %K Job Satisfaction %K Spatial Comfort Designs %K Environmental Workplace Factors %K Nigerian University Libraries %K Librarians %U http://www.oalib.com/paper/3101575
