Performance management
plays a
significant role in current business management. But with the changing
environment and economic globalization, the competition among enterprises has become more furious than several
years ago, and advanced performance management methods must be used in business
management especially in human resource management field. In this paper, we try
to analysis the problems existing in the performance management of China’s private enterprises
currently, and then research benchmark performance management mode of Huawei and thus illuminate suggestions in view of the
performance management problem of private enterprises in Chinese. We hope this
article would bring in new enlightenment ways for those in trouble enterprises.
